The first Latvian in «Khazar-Lenkaran»

The meeting in IV round of Premier-League Unibank with a command «AZAL» became significant for the goalkeeper of "Khazar-Lenkaran” Deniss Romanovs. The goalkeeper-legionary for the first time for the career for the main team our club has entered his name to the history of "Khazar-Lenkaran". As a result of Romanov’s debut total number of the players in the history of club has reached 112. At the same time he became 63rd legionary in a 6-year-old history of "Khazar-Lenkaran".
Before him there were already 62 foreigners, but there were no citizens of Latvia. And it means that replaced on a course of the match Kamran Agayev in an unpleasant incident, the legionary became the first representative of Latvia. For our command leaning till now on football players from 24 countries, Latvia became 25th "mastered" country. So, through our command have passed on 9 legionaries from Turkey and Romania, 8 Brazilians, on 5 of Serbia and Belarus, 4 of Bulgaria, on 2 of Albania, Georgia, Colombia and Lithuania and on 1 legionary from Czechia, Estonia, France, Honduras, Sweden, the Ivory Coast, Moldova, Nigeria, Portugal, Ghana, Russia, Slovakia, Argentina, Costa Rica and Latvia.
Let's remind that in first three rounds of Premier-League in our command debuted 8 more football players. Stelian Stanku, Diego Ruiz and Tural Jalilov debuted in the first round, Katalin Doman and Konstantin Arbanas - in the second round, Asif Mamedov, Adrian Iordake and Winston Parks - in the third round.
