Khazar Lankaran won in the third consecutive match

”Khazar-Lenkaran” once again gets 3 points in a match with FC ”Simurg”

"Khazar-Lenkaran" has gained the next victory in the championship which is passing in framework of Premier-League Unibank. Our team has won an away match with Zakatala FC "Simurg" with the score 2:0. After the attacks organised by "Khazar-Lenkaran" right after a starting whistle of the referee, it became clear that our team will show fast football. The first goal was scored on 7th minute by defender Elnur Allahverdiyev. The goal has been scored after corner kick. Thus, Elnur has opened the account to the goals in our team.
 
On 51st minute of the match, new forward of our team Diego Ruiz has sent a ball in gate of the contender with his head. "Khazar-Lenkaran" also showed reliable game in defense. All attacks of the contender were stopped at once by our players and as result, there have been created only three dangerous moments in front of our gate. According to the head coach of "Khazar-Lenkaran” Mr. Mircha Rednik on post-match press conference: «We are very glad to this victory, it was not easy.
Simurg was strong contender, stronger than "Gabala". I remained dissatisfied with game of the team.
 
But despite it, I am glad that we have won. Soon we will begin preparation for a match with "Inter". After our first goal, "Simurg" has advanced to the attack and the spaces in positions have started to arise. Nevertheless, I remained dissatisfied with game of forwards, but game of
defenders was satisfactory».
 
T e head coach has informed that "Khazar-Lenkaran" will sign tomorrow the contract with Winston Parks: «It is possible to understand our attempts of strengthening; after all we are waited ahead by matches with strong contenders». Mircha Rednik has separately noted fans of the team: «I thank fans of "Khazar-Lenkaran” that they have come here. I hope in a following match they will fill the stadium. Heavier matches are waiting us, and I hope that we will appear more strongly than our contenders».
 
In turn the head coach of club "Simurg" Gyoko Hajievski has congratulated the colleague on victory and has declared that our team has gained a worthy victory: "Players of “Khazar- Lenkaran” having taken advantage of the wide experience have scored a fast goal from standard position. We have tried to show equal game, but our players not such skilled as Lalin or Ruiz.
 
We tried to advance to the attack by short passes from defense and the centre, but we couldn’t».
He also has declared that hr far from the decision of fining the players: «I hope that in following matches their experience will increase and they will show other level of game.
Today we cannot compete with “Khazar-Lenkaran” because it is richer and more organized team than we».
